I've hired from inside the team
I spent my career as a QA Lead, Project Manager and Scrum Master. I know what a good engineer looks like in a sprint review, not only on a CV, and I know which clients turn into long, healthy projects.
Alongside that work, I helped several companies find the people they needed. It worked, so I left my job to do it properly.
Many companies in Europe, the US and the Gulf prefer to sign with a registered company they know. So I work with partner companies abroad. Your contract and invoices go through them, and I run the work: the people, the plan and the delivery.

Get your project built
Bring me the project, not the hiring. I plan it, put the team together, manage the work and deliver it. You deal with one person from start to finish.
Managed by someone who has run delivery
With my background in QA, project management and Scrum, I watch quality and deadlines myself instead of passing problems back to you.
Replaced if it doesn't work out
If someone I supply leaves or isn't the right fit, I replace them at no extra cost.
People I supply: QA and test automation engineers, frontend, full-stack and mobile developers, project managers, Scrum Masters, business analysts and UI/UX designers.

Sign with a registered company
Your contract and invoices go through my partner company abroad.

I manage the people and the delivery and keep in regular touch with you.
One invoice
You pay one invoice each month or at each project stage. I pay the team.
For partner companies
Are you a registered software or staffing company abroad? Earn a fee on work I bring, without sales costs.
Request the partnership proposal- What you provide
- Your company name on client contracts, your invoices and your business bank account. You approve every client and contract before it is signed.
- What I provide
- The clients, the people and the delivery, under a matching subcontract with you.
- When I deliver
- You keep a fixed fee on each client payment and pass the rest on within days. You never pay anyone before the client pays you.
- When your team builds
- We split the revenue by who does what: finding the client, managing it, developing it, and handling the contract.
- To start
- A 90-day, non-exclusive trial. Either side can stop if it isn't working.
