About me

I've hired from inside the team

I have spent my career as an SQA Team Lead, Project Manager and Scrum Master. I know what a good engineer looks like in a sprint review, not only on a CV, and I know which clients turn into long, healthy projects.

Alongside that work, I have helped several companies find the people they needed. Now I offer it as a proper service.

Companies in Pakistan can work with me directly. Many companies in Europe, the US and the Gulf prefer to sign with a registered company they know, so for them I work with partner companies abroad. The contract and invoices go through the partner, and I run the work: the people, the plan and the delivery.

Hire skilled people

They join your team, I handle the contract
  • Tell me who you need. I find and screen candidates and you choose the final person.
  • They work full time in your team. You pay one monthly rate and I handle their pay.
  • If someone leaves or isn't the right fit, I replace them at no extra cost.

Get your project built

One person from start to finish
  • Bring me the project, not the hiring. I plan it, put the team together and manage the work.
  • With my background in QA, project management and Scrum, I watch quality and deadlines myself.
  • You get regular updates and the finished work, not problems passed back to you.
Process

How it works

  1. Tell me what you need

    The roles you want to fill, or the project you want built, with your budget and timeline.

  2. I shortlist or plan

    For people, a short list of screened candidates. For a project, a plan, a team and a quote.

  3. You decide

    You interview and choose the people, or approve the plan. Nothing starts without your yes.

  4. Sign the contract

    Directly with me, or, for clients abroad, through my registered partner company.

  5. Work starts

    I manage the people and the delivery and keep in regular touch with you.

  6. One invoice

    You pay one invoice each month or at each project stage. I pay the team.

Are you a registered software or staffing company, in Pakistan or abroad? I bring the clients, the people and the delivery. You lend your company name, contract and bank account to clients who want to sign with a registered company.

Non-exclusive trial. Either side can stop if it isn't working.
You approve
Every client and contract before it is signed under your name.
No risk
You never pay anyone before the client pays you.
What you provide
Your company name on client contracts, your invoices and your business bank account.
What I provide
The clients, the people and the delivery, under a matching subcontract with you.
When I deliver
You keep a fixed fee on each client payment and pass the rest on within days.
When your team builds
We split the revenue by who does what: finding the client, managing it, developing it, and handling the contract.
